Gratitude~
Thanksgiving is approaching us, what are you grateful for? I think gratitude is something we should all practice in our everyday lives. Gratitude is being thankful for anything or appreciating the little or big things throughout our everyday lives. Its an important practice to have. Some people keep gratitude journals, some people just feel grateful, and some just make their gratefulness heard. I feel like I do a little of each. I started a long time ago with a gratitude journal and I would write 5 things that I was grateful for before I went to sleep each night. It was nice and it taught me that being grateful doesn’t only have to happen on thanksgiving. Gratitude is something we should be practicing year around. This year I’ve been practicing gratitude everyday. Every morning I honestly wake up feeling grateful, and I go to bed thankful. Its just a feeling now. I feel so grateful to live in NYC, feel happy, and be living my best life. Life is so good, and its totally up to you and your outlook to make it good. Finding gratefulness is key. It will help you realize the little things, the moments, and the big things that come upon you. Feelings of gratitude within your everyday life open you heart to happiness. Its amazing what these feelings can do, if you practice them. Anyways, this week is a time of giving thanks, feeling grateful, and practicing love and happiness. Go about your week wherever you are and be your best self. Practicing gratitude is as simple as having a chair to sit on. Anything that makes you thankful!
